Key Responsibilities Lead large, complex federal health implementation and monitoring projects, ensuring high quality execution and operational stability Oversee multidisciplinary workflows and engage with federal clients to maintain communication and address emerging needs Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration across various functional areas for integrated project delivery
Required Qualifications Ph.D. or master's degree in health economics, public health, public policy, or a related social science discipline 10-15 years of leadership or management experience in health policy or federal health program work Successful experience serving as a Managing Director on complex contracts involving implementation, monitoring, or evaluation Experience working with or for federal health agencies such as CMS Demonstrated success in leading federal proposal development and contributing to winning bids
