Vice President of Physician RCM Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Physician RCM Operations.

Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for assigned physician enterprise and ambulatory portfolios Drive operational excellence across professional billing, charge capture, AR, and denials management Establish a culture of accountability, performance transparency, and continuous improvement within large, multi-layered teams

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Minimum of 12 years of experience, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership or management role Deep expertise in Physician Revenue Cycle Management, including professional billing and ambulatory operations Proven experience leading large, complex teams, including Senior Director level leaders Demonstrated success driving automation, cost optimization, and operational transformation
