Key Responsibilities Set strategy for technology growth and partner with development teams on new solutions Maximize client performance and profitability of the Insurance line of business Oversee and improve the end-to-end operating model for new client intake and service protocols
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or relevant field 10 to 15 years of experience in healthcare transactions related to the Insurance line of business Prior P&L and budget management experience Experience leading teams of 250 or larger, both onsite and remote Strong analytical skills for performance assessment and business improvement recommendations
