As the Director of Healthcare Services, you'll take the lead in shaping the clinical healthcare services across our community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Balancing hands‑on clinical and resident care with essential administrative duties.
- Recruiting, hiring, and mentoring staff to build a strong, cohesive team.
- Overseeing employee health services, including TB screenings, physicals, and drug screens.
- Develop and execute staffing plans aligned with resident needs while efficiently managing daily resource allocation.
- Promote survey process awareness by demonstrating expertise and guiding staff toward informed participation.
- Managing and improving the quality of care, adhering to SC Department of Health regulations, and maintaining certification/licensure standards.
- Contributing to the Vital Living Program to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Licensed as an RN in South Carolina
- CPR Certification
- 2+ years of clinical supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with electronic medical records (Point Click Care is a plus)
