Physical Therapist​/PTA​/Athletic Trainer - Stretch Therapy

About the Role

We are looking for individuals with backgrounds in personal training, massage, physical therapy, dance, yoga, Pilates, or related stretching/bodywork disciplines to join our team as a Flexologist. This role involves providing one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions and helping clients achieve healthier, happier lives in a supportive studio environment.

Flexible schedule with a recommended 6‑hour shift—minimum 20 hours per week.

• Deliver one‑on‑one assisted stretch sessions
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
• Ensure client safety in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretch Lab policies and safety rules
• Build Stretch Lab membership and retain current clientele
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns when applicable
• Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media presence for client membership, interaction, and retention
• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure it is available for client use at any given time

• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable, and adhere to attendance policies
• Availability to complete our 3‑day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in‑person/hands‑on training
