Position Overview

Activity Assistant:
Assist in providing therapeutic programs that meet each patient's individual needs and create an atmosphere of fun and enjoyment. The role requires compassion, creativity, and a passion for working with seniors. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, and knowledgeable about wellness programming for long‑term care settings. The goal is to provide daily meaningful activities that enhance residents' quality of life.

• Develop and implement a well‑rounded wellness program for Long‑Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients (including occasional weekend and holiday hours).
• Complete assessments, care plans, and associated paperwork timely.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal programming guidelines.
• Bring a spirited, “fun” approach to activities.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Self‑motivated, creative, with a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
• Ability to work with family members, partners, and the community.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

AM and PM shifts available, part‑time.
