Three Rivers Midlands is a comprehensive behavioral health facility serving children and adolescents aged 11–18, with residential and rehabilitative services. The Therapist/Case Manager provides case management, psychosocial assessments, daily documentation, and facilitates group, family, and individual therapy sessions.
This full-time position is primarily Monday–Friday with rotating weekends every 3–6 weeks, requiring SC licensure (or active pursuit) and a Master’s in a human services field.
