• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in coding (e.g., CPC, CCS)
• Basic knowledge of coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Expert use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

• RHIT, CCS, CCA, CPC, CPC-A, or other coding credential required.
