The Good Life Med Staff is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Edgefield, South Carolina.

• PT State or Compact License, BLS required.
• Setting: SNF/LTC/Post Acute.
• 8 Hour Day Shift, 36 hour guarantee.
• Occasional weekend call may be required; will be discussed before scheduling.
• Experience:
  
  6 months to 1 year preferred; some LTC or SNF experience desirable, but clinical experience in related settings considered.
• Patient Ratio:
  Approximately 7-9; higher caseload possible.
• EMR/Charting:
  Net Health for rehab, PCC (point‑click care) for other orders, medications, etc.
• Additional: 120‑bed SNF/LTC facility; mix of STR and LTC patients; low readmission rate; strong teamwork with NP and IDT; flexible scheduling (Tues‑Sat if desired) but must work 5 days per week, 7 am‑7 pm general rehab window; 9 am‑5 pm or 10 am‑6 pm options.

Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
