We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Medical Lab Technologist / Medical Lab Scientist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about quality laboratory medicine.

- Perform routine and specialized moderate to high complexity laboratory testing on blood and body fluid specimens
- Ensure accurate and reliable test results through strict quality control practices
- Perform instrument function checks and preventative maintenance according to departmental procedures
- Maintain laboratory records and statistical data in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor new employees and students on lab procedures and policies
- Collect chain‑of‑custody urine drug screens as required
- Assist in all laboratory areas to support patient care
- Help provide shift coverage when needed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or related field
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent required
- MLT (ASCP) must be obtained within 1 year of hire
