$13.50 - $15.50 per hour

Our professional caregivers provide safety, comfort and companionship for the elderly and adults who need support. But we do more than make a meal or help with mobility. We establish meaningful relationships built on trust and respect.

As a caregiver with First Light, you'll enrich the lives of your clients by helping them have their best day, every day. Your goal will be to improve their quality of life by making everyday activities easier. The work you do will bring clients joy and help them feel encouraged, involved and valued.

• 4-8 hour, 10 hour, 12 hour shifts
• At least every other Saturday OR Sunday required

• Provide comfort and companionship to your clients

• Help with basic housekeeping tasks
• Transport clients to nearby appointment or social activities
• Help with bathing, grooming and personal hygiene

• You've had a job or experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• You are service minded with a desire to help others have their best day
• It's your nature to be empathetic, kind and trustworthy
• You are self-motivated, decisive, and resourceful
• You are a good listener with excellent communication skills
