Position: Program Reentry Spec I (#013590) Camille Graham Correctional Inst., Columbia (RICHLAND) Level 2
Location: Columbia

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement pre-release case plans with offenders.
  • This includes evaluating their progress, discharge outcomes and aftercare planning referral services to include employment, vocational rehabilitation, housing, etc.
  • Collaborate and recruit local/state partners.
  • Must be prepared to facilitate classes when needed.
  • Maintain documentation of all services provided.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports.
  • Assist in developing and implementing tracking mechanisms.
  • Provides input to improve the quality of programming and services.

Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire
