Charlie Health is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health and previous work experience facilitating groups to provide remote, telehealth services to our adolescent and young adult clients. We’re eager to work with forward‑thinking mental health professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients. While we require all team members to be well versed in a variety of modalities, individual clinicians may bring their own interests, expertise, and style.

• Complete all onboarding requirements within 2 weeks of start date
• Meet with your assigned Quality Supervisor or Director at a minimum of 1x/month for required check‑in
• Respond to all email and Slack communication promptly (within 48 hours of receiving a communication)
• Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time
• Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the entirety of the hour
• Facilitate groups following best practices and using assigned and most up to date curriculum
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum, Support Staffing and Wellness Hour as needed
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion throughout the session, encouraging participation and fostering a camera‑on culture
• Follow all operational policies and procedures as indicated by best practices
• Participate in collaborative Treatment Team (Tuesdays) and Group Supervision (every other Friday)
• Work collaboratively and respectfully across the care team
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly with all clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents
• Monitor treatment documentation to ensure all notes are completed within the required 24‑hour timeframe and meet agency and professional standards per DHCS and The Joint Commission
• Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3‑8pm MT on Monday to Thursday) and on Saturdays
• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required
• Experience working with youth and young adults
• Well versed in a variety of modalities; confident integrating them into treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
• Passionate about group treatment and skilled in conducting group therapy
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Creative and engaging, especially over video
• Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions with reliable Wi‑Fi connection
• Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud‑based communication software—Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox—and EMR and outcomes survey software daily
• Part‑time 1099 role
