Pruitt Health is seeking an experienced Therapy Director (Rehab Director) to lead rehabilitation services across Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy programs. As a Therapy Director, you will provide leadership and oversight for rehabilitation services while ensuring high-quality patient care, strong clinical outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational success. You will serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team and support the development and success of therapy staff.

• Lead daily operations of the therapy department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, reimbursement, and professional practice standards.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality measures.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop therapy staff to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with facility leadership, physicians, nursing teams, and other interdisciplinary partners.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and departmental performance initiatives.
• Support census growth, admissions, and strategic rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Leadership or management experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, post-acute care, home health, or healthcare setting preferred.

• Previous experience as a Therapy Director, Rehabilitation Director, Rehab Manager, or Therapy Program Manager.
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation operations, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models.
• Experience managing productivity, staffing, budgets, and quality outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team-building skills.
• Ability to effectively lead multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
