• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Document patient encounters within the EMR
• Support quality improvement and evidence-based care initiatives
• Maintain continuity of care through patient follow-up and education
• Participate in clinic operations and team meetings

Requirements:

• Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active South Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
• Active DEA license
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
