How It Works For ReferralBase Pay: $17/hour
PLUS:
Earn $100–$300/month per client referral
Paid for up to 12 months per referral
Many caregivers reach $20–$25/hour effective pay
Responsibilities- Provide non-medical care (ADLs, companionship)
- Build relationships with clients and families
- (Optional) Refer families who need care
