Provides driver services for mobile clinics to include setup, breakdown, minor maintenance, and the coordination of maintenance/repair activities. Drives mobile health clinics to various community sites and assures that safety remains the highest priority for team members and patients.

Provides setup and breakdown at desired locations.

Inspects the mobile units and maintains them in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.

Ensure and uphold the confidential requirements of all patients and manage all daily task and activities consistent with HIPAA, state and federal laws and regulations, as well as the clinic's policies and regulations regarding confidentiality and security.

Acknowledge all patients and their families/caregivers.

Develop and ensure effective, positive relationships within and among the clinic staff, as well as with patients, vendors, contractors, and related resources.

Ensure all actions, job performance, personal conduct and communications always represent the organization in a highly professional manner.

Uphold and ensure compliance with and attention to all corporate policies and procedures, as well as the mission and values of the organization.

Replenish the on-board water tank at the beginning of each day.

Drive the mobile unit to planned sites adhering to current road traffic regulations.

Setup electrical generator system on arrival at each site and shut down, disconnect and pack away at the end of each session. Ensure enough fuel in generator for next day’s work.

Report any loss, damage, defects, potential faults or issues to Maintenance supervisor or designee.

Welcome visitors to the mobile unit in a courteous and helpful manner.

Positively engage with service users who may be waiting for an appointment, or who are interested in accessing the bus services.

Assist service users with disability to safely access and exit the bus using a wheelchair lift.

Ensure the mobile unit is returned to base and locked at the end of each day.

Ensure that all equipment is stowed at the end of each session in accordance with the vehicle checklist.
