Lexington Country Place hires LPNs/RNs to monitor residents’ health and provide leadership in care delivery. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and includes a $1500 sign-on bonus paid every 3 months for up to five years.
Responsibilities include medication administration, coordination with families and support services, and maintaining clinical quality through wellness visits and PSP updates. Weekend and evening shifts are required, with PRN options available.
