Position Requirements &

Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have: care giving experience of 1 year, must be 21 years of age or over, must be able to pass a criminal background check, must have reliable transportation; a valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required, ability to work with limited supervision, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, good communication and interpersonal skills, reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized, a commitment to being present and providing quality care.

Essential Functions:

personal care, caring companionship and activities, meal planning and preparation, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, toileting and incontinent care, errands and transportation, housekeeping services, medication reminders.
