Physician Assistant Locum South Carolina Beginning

• Full-time coverage needed for 2 APPs until permanent providers are hired

• Monday – Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Active Physician Assistant certification
• Active South Carolina license
• Active DHEC
• Epic experience required

• Setting:
  Outpatient
• Patient volume:
  Average daily schedule of 18–20 patients
• Conduct follow-up visits and evaluate new patients
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations
• Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with patients, registered nurses, and the supervising physician
• Support Staff:
  Experienced support staff available
• Supervision:
  Physician is onsite 3 days per week for collaboration, consultation, and clinical support
• EMR:
  Epic
