Consistent with Pain Management procedures (follow-ups, new consults, medication management)

Specialty Backup Available:
Supervising Physician onsite 3 days per week

Support Staff Available:
Registered Nurses, Experienced Support Staff

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses:
Active South Carolina (SC) license and DHEC

DEA / CDS:
Active DEA required

Qualifications:

EPIC experience required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in collaboration with registered nurses and the supervising physician.

Manage an average daily schedule of 18–20 patients, including follow-up visits and new patient evaluations.

Develop and update individualized treatment plans.

Provide medication management in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations.

Document patient assessments, treatment decisions, and care plans accurately and promptly.
