Job Description

Step into the serene world of our Spa as a Reception / Concierge Host, where you’ll become the warm smile and soothing voice that begins each guest’s journey. As the guardian of first impressions, you’ll weave together gracious service, intuitive care, and impeccable attention to detail. Ensuring every guest feels instantly valued, effortlessly guided, and gently welcomed into a haven of relaxation and delight.

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, guiding them through a seamless check‑in experience that sets the tone for their spa journey
  • Confirm guest information with care and precision, thoughtfully communicating special requests or personalized accommodations to the appropriate teams
  • Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and wishes with grace and professionalism, cultivating an atmosphere of serenity and genuine hospitality
  • Process payments and verify billing details with accuracy and discretion, managing financial transactions‑including cash handling‑with the utmost integrity and coordination with accounting
  • Serve as the central hub of communication, elegantly relaying messages between guests and resort departments while maintaining meticulous records of all interactions and requests

Pay $18 / hour + tips
