We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the 3pm–11pm evening shift
. This role is the face of the hotel and plays a key part in delivering an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining brand and service standards.
Greet and check in guests in a professional and welcoming manner
Accurately process check-outs, payments, authorizations, and incidentals
Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate guest accounts using the property management system (PMS)
Balance cash drawer and complete shift paperwork as required
Communicate clearly with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and night audit
Enforce hotel policies and brand standards respectfully
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
Ensure a smooth transition and handoff to the night audit team
RequirementsReliable attendance and punctuality are required
Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer and cash-handling skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Goals- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests during check-in throughout their stay, and at check-out
- Accurately process reservations, room assignments, payments, and incidentals using the hotel property management system
- Maintain strong attendance and reliability, arriving on time and staying through the end of the shift
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally while knowing when to escalate issues to management
