Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized environment in our facility. The Housekeeper will ensure that all areas are well-kept and sanitary, providing a welcoming and comfortable space for our residents/guests/employees. • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing assigned areas.
• Change bedding and linens, ensuring all rooms are replenished with fresh towels and toiletries as needed.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas with attention to detail.
• Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing items as required.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and organized workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents/guests, addressing any specific needs or requests.

• Prior experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be able to provide references upon request.
