Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. Schulte Hospitality Group is an organization whose success is rooted in its service culture. • Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards.
• Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours of operation, and surrounding area (e.g., mall, restaurants).
• Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items that guests have left behind and report them using the hotel’s lost and found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED

• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Team player
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards

Compensation Range: 13.50
