Holiday Inn Express & Suites is seeking motivated, reliable, and guest-focused professionals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Perform all check‑in and check‑out procedures
• Operate phone systems and assist guests with inquiries
• Register guests and maintain accurate guest information
• Respond to guest requests and emails in a timely manner
• Provide hotel, service, and local area information
• Resolve guest concerns or refer to management when necessary
• Process payments and compute guest bills
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed

• Punctual, dependable, and professional with strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, and internet use preferred)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license preferred

• Full‑time and Part‑time opportunities available
• Shifts are 8 hours
• Hours may exceed 40 per week based on hotel occupancy
• Non‑exempt, hourly position

• 1 year of hotel or front desk experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

$12.00 – $15.00 per hour, based on experience
