Every shift begins with a smile, a warm welcome, and the opportunity to make a lasting first impression. As a Front Desk Agent, you're the face of the hotel and the first person guests turn to throughout their stay. Whether you're checking in a family on vacation, helping a business traveler settle in, or celebrating a special occasion with a guest, every interaction is an opportunity to bring Living Hospitality to life.

Throughout the day, you'll balance exceptional service with attention to detail, checking guests in and out, answering questions, resolving concerns, processing payments, and working closely with your teammates to ensure every stay is seamless. In a Marriott-branded hotel, you'll help deliver the welcoming, personalized experience guests have come to expect while creating memorable moments that keep them coming back.

No two days are exactly alike, and that's what makes the role so rewarding. If you enjoy connecting with people, solving problems, and creating experiences that leave a positive impression, you'll feel right at home on our team.

What We Offer:
  • Health, dental, vision, and other insurance options
  • Paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays)
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Daily Pay – Access your earned wages when you need them
  • Exclusive team member hotel discounts
What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome guests and provide efficient check-in and check-out experiences
  • Answer guest questions and share information about the hotel and local area
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Partner with teammates across departments to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Demonstrate Living Hospitality in every guest interaction
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus

Note:

Duties may change based on business needs. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. All team members are expected to follow Newport Hospitality policies and procedures.

Newport Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace for all team members.
