Night Auditor – Overnight Operations

We at Avocet are looking for a sharp, reliable, and service-driven individual to be the overnight hero of our team.

• Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and process payments.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues.
• Complete nightly audits, balance accounts, and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure front‑desk operations run smoothly overnight.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and supervise the Night Security Officer.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hotel front desk experience required.
• Basic accounting, cash handling, and PMS experience preferred.

Overnight shifts; frequent standing, walking, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
