You will lead the Coordination team, manage bookings for retreats, tours and events, and collaborate with Monastic Leaders to deliver a welcoming, Benedictine hospitality standard.
The role demands strong leadership, excellent guest service, and the ability to optimise occupancy and revenue across all guest experiences, including conferences and on-site facilities.
