Front Desk Agent 7AM-3PM

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer‑focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift
. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring smooth daily hotel operations.

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately.
• Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Assist with daily reports and shift paperwork as needed.

• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
