• Welcome guests with a positive and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out quickly and accurately
• Handle reservations room requests and guest questions
• Promote hotel amenities services and upgrades
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready
• Process payments cash handling and guest account charges
• Answer phones messages and guest requests professionally
• Help maintain a clean organized and fun front desk environment
• Follow hotel safety security and guest service standards

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Organized dependable and detail oriented
• Comfortable using computers phones and office equipment
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Hotel or customer service experience is a plus
• Able to standwalk for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
