Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Resort is seeking a Guest Service Agent for a seasonal, part-time role at our beachfront property. You will greet guests, answer phones, describe room options, and assist with special requests while maintaining accurate guest histories and following hotel SOPs.
A friendly smile and genuine hospitality are essential. The schedule includes weekends and holidays, and you will help resolve guest concerns, process folios, and support other departments as needed.
