Front Desk Agent at Cambria Hotel Columbia Downtown – responsible for welcoming guests, managing check‑in/check‑out, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable first impression.
• Check guests in and out, ensure proper credit, note special requests, and establish accurate information.
• Resolve problems and recover guest satisfaction, promoting and selling hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff, assisting other departments as needed.
• Maintain house bank, posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds; communicate information to manager on duty.
• Know emergency procedures and policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with a strong desire to impact others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in computer use.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, stand for the duration of the shift, and work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
