Job Description Relief Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent – $14.50–$16.50/hr Shift Details

Mixed shifts- 2 to 3 Overnight shifts and 2 to 3 morning/afternoon shifts per week.

Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

2–5 shifts per week depending on availability

Weekends and holidays are required

Days Inn by Wyndham in Ladson, SC is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position combines front desk guest service with nightly financial reporting to ensure smooth hotel operations.

• Perform nightly audit and balance daily hotel transactions
• Prepare reports for management
• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phones and assist with guest questions or requests
• Handle reservations and data entry
• Follow hotel policies and procedures
• Assist with other front desk duties as needed

• Previous hotel or customer service experience required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to stand, walk, type, and interact with guests for most of the shift

• Are you able to work the Graveyard/Overnight shift: 11p.m. to 7a.m.?
• Are you able to work during holiday periods?
