MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly professional manner
- Manage reservations waitlists and seating charts
- Answer phones assist with guest inquiries and process to go orders
- Support front of house operations including beverage refills and guest service
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand entry area and restrooms
- Assist team members to ensure smooth service
- Physical & Mental Requirements
- Ability to work efficiently in a high volume guest facing environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
