Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help ensure our guest rooms and hotel facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality.

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our hotel. You'll work closely with housekeeping staff, management, and guests to ensure every room is guest-ready and every stay exceeds expectations.

• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
• Conduct inspections of public areas, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service spaces
• Identify and report maintenance issues requiring repair
• Verify room status and update housekeeping reports

• Assign daily duties and distribute housekeeping assignments
• Coordinate staff breaks and workflow priorities
• Train and coach housekeeping team members
• Monitor supply levels and equipment readiness

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain positive guest relations and confidentiality
• Follow up on room requests and service issues
  
  Ensure every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment

Housekeeping Department | Full-Time Opportunity

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping Room Attendant experience
• 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer proficiency;
  Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector
• Experience working in a hotel environment
• Familiarity with hotel management systems

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Push or pull carts and equipment up to 150 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout shifts
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to OSHA standards
