We are seeking a Bilingual Benefit Counselor residing in North Carolina or South Carolina to join our team to assist with onsite local enrollments. The primary responsibilities include providing one-on-one counseling sessions to employees about their benefit options, explaining complex insurance plans and employee benefits in clear and understandable terms, and addressing specific employee questions or concerns. The Benefit Counselor will work to ensure employees understand and maximize the value of their benefits while supporting the broader goals of the employer’s benefits program.

• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance concepts to effectively guide employees in selecting plans that suit their individual needs.
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience and provide clear and empathetic communication during individual counseling sessions.
• Experience in Training and Sales to facilitate educational sessions, present benefit options persuasively, and assist employees in enrollment decisions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with diverse employee bases.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a professional environment.
• Experience using benefits enrollment technology platforms.
