Position Title
SAP/HR Business Project Lead
Work LocationColumbia, SC
Candidate LocationCandidate MUST be a resident of the Eastern time zone AND willing to relocate to SC prior to starting the role at their own expense.
Position OverviewWe are looking for a SAP/HR Business Project Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Help improve and manage the HR and Finance computer systems
- Work mainly with SAP
- Act as a bridge between business teams (HR/Finance) and IT
- Make sure systems are working correctly and efficiently
- Help with system upgrades and improvements
- Create reports and dashboards
- Train staff on how to use the systems
- Make sure everything follows security and government rules
- 5+ Years of Experience with analyzing, documenting, and improving business and system processes using various tools and methodologies.
- 5+ Years of Experience with SAP Success Factors or equivalent HRIS systems.
- 3+ Years of Experience with HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- 5+ Years of Experience with creating user guides, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- 3+ Years of Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization in SAP or Power BI
- 5+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, One Drive, Teams).
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or 10 years’ equivalent work experience.
