Isola, an industry leader in global materials sciences whose mission is to improve life by enabling innovation in electronic products, is hiring a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at our Ridgeway, SC facility.
Schedule: 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation
: $22-$30 per hour
Position Overview
The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing candidates, posting open roles, screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and scheduling interviews. This role maintains the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensures an exceptional candidate experience, and partners closely with hiring managers.
In addition, this position provides general HR administrative support, including data entry, employee record-keeping, HRIS maintenance, and participation in employee engagement initiatives. This role typically reports to a Senior Recruiter or HR Manager.

Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. - Candidate
Experience:
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback throughout the process. - ATS Management

Maintain accurate applicant data, prepare offer letters, and coordinate background checks. - Networking & Outreach

Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build and sustain a strong talent pipeline.
- Onboarding:
Maintain employee files, ensure document accuracy, and prepare orientation materials for new hires. - Employee Engagement:
Support company-wide engagement events and employee recognition initiatives to strengthen culture and morale. - Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations and contribute to sustaining a culture of excellence. - HR Administration:
Maintain personnel records and ensure HRIS data integrity through regular input, audits, and updates. - Project Support:
Assist with various HR projects as assigned.
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources administration and recruiting (required)
- Previous experience with HRIS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel (required)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑management skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- High proficiency in reading, writing, and verbal communication
- Experience in office management or administrative functions preferred
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills required
