Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to help our growing office.

• Processing onboarding documents for new employees
• Processing payroll for 300+ employees on a weekly basis
• Processing deductions for child support, tax levies, garnishments etc
• Working with Excel spreadsheets for each retail location for payroll
• Processing 401K elections
• Coding payroll into Quickbooks 2022 Desktop
• Generating payroll reports weekly
• Keep employee files organized and up to date

• Experience with payroll processing and human resources
• Ability to identify errors
• Appropriate handling of sensitive information
  
  Ability to work to deadlines
  
  Ability to work indecently
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
• Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties
• Intermediate to advanced computer software skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Quick Books
