Human Resources Manager

On-Board Services, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. We offer benefits as well as 401k.

Compensation: $37.61/Hour On site at Aiken, S.C

• Support all aspects of the recruitment process including the pre-employment and onboarding process.
• Enter requisitions and hire authorization forms in applicant tracking system.
• Update recruitment tracking.
• Support local candidate attraction measures such as advertisements or career fairs.
• Support the local interview process.
• Prepare salary analyses.
• Support the pre-employment process by following up with internal and external stakeholders and the candidates.
• Prepare new hire documents.
• Support other areas of HR as needed.

• Associate degree in Business Administration or 2 years of experience in Human Resources
• Good oral, written and presentation communication skills
• Good analytical ability and problem solving skills.
• Good ability to work independently and with little direction.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others
• Excellent ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
• Proficient with PC and MS Office Suite
