The HRBP – HR Specialist serves as a key resource for employees and departments, providing support across a broad range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and employment transactions. This role ensures the accuracy and efficiency of HR processes by coordinating hiring, employee lifecycle changes, and annual HR activities while maintaining compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
