Recruiting - Field Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Field Recruiter will develop and implement recruiting strategy to maintain a quality applicant pool and fill staffing objectives with qualified hires, improving retention and feeding career path/succession plan development. Maintaining or exceeding goals set by Recruiting Manager.

• Maintains applicant pool by identifying sources; establishing rapport with sources; and conducting featured job fairs, group job fairs, job postings, effectively utilizing social media tools within accepted parameters
• Maintain job requisition within HR System or Applicant Tracking System.
• Maintain job postings through various school/organization websites.
• Actively facilitates job fairs at stores or other facilities weekly
• Maintains recruiting goal set by Director or EVP of People and Culture.
• Learns required skill sets of positions filling by experiencing the jobs directly
• Communicates job duties, working conditions, pay, benefits, and career path opportunities to qualified applicants, promoting company brand to potential future shareholders
• Facilitates job inquiries and responses
• Conducts screening process to include, application/assessment review, phone screen, formal interview and schedule management culture interview
• Communicates employment offers and facilitates initial new hire/on-boarding steps
• Seeks to achieve employment diversity with applicants best meeting skill set requirements
• Assists with recruiting and human resource related administrative functions
• Occasionally speaks in group settings and/or gives presentations to specific groups of applicants (colleges, schools, one-stops, job fairs, etc.)
• Travel as required – Regular daily travel, occasional over-night travel
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
