System Administrator - VMware

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure & System Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure. This role ensures high availability, security, and efficiency across both on-premise and cloud environments while supporting end-users and IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain servers, storage, and virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Administer cloud platforms, including Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, Active Directory, and system issues.
• Automate IT processes and workflows using Power Shell, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Support IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and security initiatives.
• Ensure data backups, disaster recovery, and patch management are maintained.
• Provide technical guidance and support to IT team members and end-users.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Windows Server.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation for system administration.
• Knowledge of network protocols, storage systems, and cloud/on-prem integration.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
