Scrum Master

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to guide and support agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in agile values, principles, and practices, and will play a key role in facilitating team collaboration, removing impediments, and ensuring continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
• Implement, train, mentor, and support scrum teams in adopting agile frameworks.
• Set up and provide ongoing support for agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Identify, manage, and track tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Monitor team performance and promote continuous improvement.
• Organize product demos and coordinate system testing activities.
• Ensure effective use of collaborative processes and remove impediments for the scrum team.
• Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure Dev Ops.
• Excellent facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe).
• Background in software development or IT project management.
