Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst II to support financial planning and analysis initiatives for a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.
What You’ll Do- Elicit, document, and validate business and user requirements
- Partner with business and technical teams to design and deploy solutions
- Support testing, implementation, and issue resolution to ensure accurate delivery
- Provide guidance on prioritization, process improvements, and system changes
- Assist with training materials and mentor junior staff as needed
- IT business analysis experience
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience reviewing requirements, test plans, and design documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- CBAP or similar certification
- Experience with Visio, MS Project, SQL, or Power BI
- Background in financial or government environments
