The primary focus of this engagement is to transition existing web environments from legacy frameworks (.NET 4.7 / .ASPX) to Microsoft .NET 8.0/10.0 utilizing Razor Pages or Blazor

You will lead the full project lifecycle:

• Redesign:
  Create modern, user‑centric web interfaces for clinicians and researchers.
• Migration:
  Re‑write and migrate existing legacy websites to .NET 8.0.
• Deployment:
  Manage testing, production deployment, and maintenance.
• Knowledge Transfer:
  Provide comprehensive training to the internal IT staff on modern .NET Razor and Blazor frameworks to ensure long‑term sustainability.

• Development Core: 7+ years of professional experience with .NET and C#.
• Frontend Mastery: 5–7 years of expert‑level experience with HTML and CSS.
• Scripting: 3–5 years of experience with JavaScript.
• Modernization:
  Proven ability to review and re‑write legacy .ASPX code into modern frameworks.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.

• Proficiency in SQL for database management and data migration.
• Experience with Dev Express components for UI/UX enhancement.
• Previous experience in a project leadership or consultative role, specifically involving staff training and mentorship.
