- Familiarity with regulatory standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- 8+ years of experience in software development or enterprise systems design
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with Dev Ops, MLOps, and automation in AI development
- Industry certifications such as Java Developer, Project Management, or Enterprise Architect
