• As a Test Engineer/Analyst, implement the comprehensive testing strategy, protocol and procedures across multiple business process areas, systems and environments. Design, build, and maintain formal test plans and scripts, document testing outcomes, results, defects and resolutions. Make recommendations for optimal test coverage, methods and techniques to optimize testing efforts.
• Apply test automation to ensure efficiency, reliability, and accuracy of software applications and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, document processes to identify test scenarios, create and execute test plans and test cases, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Partner with the Test CoE, functional and technical teams, and management in executing a comprehensive testing strategy, protocol, and procedures.
• Support test planning for projects and changes to document business processes end to end and produce comprehensive test scripts for QA integration and regression testing.
• Participate in test strategy discussions and provide input on the feasibility and effectiveness of automated testing approaches.
• Maintain the enterprise business process hierarchy and alignment of procedures/test cases.
• Configure and execute test automation tools with the Test Delivery Lead and Test Automation CoE team, leveraging the Test Automation CoE framework.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca for various software applications and systems.
• Design test cases based on business processes, functional requirements/user stories in collaboration with QA and development teams.
• Document testing outcomes, defects and resolutions; assist with root cause analysis when necessary.
• Execute automated test cases and report defects, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate testing results.
• Manage test data and ensure its availability and relevance for automated test execution.
• Identify opportunities for test process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation frameworks, libraries, and utilities to support test automation scalability and maintainability.
• Analyze and document test results and defects clearly to assist in the defect resolution process.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to set up and maintain test environments for automated testing.
• Generate and present test automation reports to stakeholders, highlighting test execution progress, coverage, and potential risks.
• Maintain quality test results and artifacts; maintain the framework for metrics and dashboard reporting on Test Execution and Defect resolution to closure.
• Assist in training and knowledge sharing; mentor team members as needed.

• Experience with test automation and tools (e.g., Tosca or equivalent).
• Ability to design, build, and maintain test plans, scripts, and data for automated testing.
