Role:
Service Now Senior Developer
Location:
Glendale, AZ 85301
Duration: 12 Months
U.S. Citizenship required due to project requirements.
OverviewThe ideal candidate must be self‑motivated with a minimum of 5‑7 years of experience in Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) within Service Now. This role involves designing and implementing HRSD solutions, integrating with third‑party systems, and enhancing the Service Now environment to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Service Now HRSD solutions including HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, Document Management, and Virtual Agent / Now Assist
- Develop and modify Service Now forms, workflows, flow designer, scripts, transform maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and scheduled jobs
- Execute both minor and major enhancement requests to a client’s Service Now instance(s) related to HRSD
- Integrate Service Now with other HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Build and manage knowledge articles for various audiences in the system
- Follow and enhance scrum practices for continuous improvement in team processes
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Service Now HRSD in an enterprise environment
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
- Experience with Now Assist / Virtual Agent
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience with Service Portal development and troubleshooting
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
